1 gallon milk (1%, 2%, or entire)

three tbsp plain Greek yogurt (see Note*)

1 tsp vanilla extract

  1. Pour the milk into the Instant pot.
  2. Press the YOGURT button on the Instant Pot repeatedly to pick More mode.
  3. After 10 seconds, the Instant pot will beep and display will learn “BOIL”.
